Delay of proceedings & enzymes

GP´s remark: As long as prognosis is determined by the delay between
symptoms and admission to an appropriate hospital unit, where lysis /
angioplasty are available,
we should train GP`s in recognizing the clinical and electrocardiografical
signs, instead of causing further loss of time by waiting for the troponin
test result.
