Great paper, thanks.
I'd like to ask what the basis for -3 scoring for vertigo is. I cannot find a reference to this in the article? In the absence of obvious peripheral causes I have always considered vertigo a TIA symptom. This scoring suggests otherwise.
Secondly, does the inclusion of a composite outcome that includes a clinical decision impact on the reliability of the finding? It seems intuitive that if you introduce a clinical decision into a clinical outcome, then it would. Is there a sensitivity analysis taking this into account?
