Market for e-cigarettes includes 466 brands and 7764 unique flavours

Every month since mid-2012 10 new brands of electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) and more than 240 new flavours have come on the market, a study has found.
Another study in a special issue of Tobacco Control devoted to e-cigarettes has estimated that in 2012 29 million people in 27 European countries had used the nicotine replacement devices at some point, emphasising the need to regulate e-cigarettes and to evaluate the long term effects on consumers’ health.
