Winston Turner

Winston Turner qualified with honours, and after house jobs he became a civilian medical practitioner in the Royal Air Force. During this time he passed Douglas Bader fit to fly, after his bilateral amputations. Winston did research on altitude flying, using his own decompression chamber.
