Metaphors & Similes

As figures of speech, metaphors and similes are poetic pairs, tropes
of truth, etudes in similitude, zeitgeist insights, and epiphanies of
finesse, which wryly remind us that humanity is interrelated, and should
never be underrated or berated. Somehow, metaphors and similes magically
make us meet and smile, even if only for a while.
