Correction for "Variation in rates of caesarean section among English NHS trusts after accounting for maternal and clinical risk: cross sectional study"

The labels on the two panels of figure 4 have been inadvertently
duplicated in this research paper by Bragg and colleagues (BMJ 2010;
341:c5065, 6 October 2010, doi: 10.1136/bmj.c5065). The label on the
bottom panel of figure 4 should read "Adjusted caesarean section rates"
rather than "Unadjusted caesarean section rates."
