I'd been taught in Cambridge to keep the TSH rigidily to 1 when
monitoring thyroid replacement. It can be done but takes more
appointments and blood tests. So this article was reassuring that I can
take a simpler approach when doing annual reviews. What are other GPs out
there doing?
