Sleep Checklist

A good night's sleep is the perfect reward for a day spent eating, working, caring, and sharing. If you can't sleep at night, the problem is how you spent your day. Here is my sleep checklist:

S - Say the truth to yourself and others.


L - Lie down and take a daytime nap.

E - Eat well and avoid addictive substances.


E - Exercise and stretch.


P - Pray and hope.
