Rx for Success

Apart from the few gifted people for whom everything comes easy, most of us
have to work hard to achieve anything. Often our efforts are unsuccessful, and
we must deal with failure, disappointment, and discouragement. However, we
must remain hopeful and persevere with dedicated, continued efforts. Like the
basketball player who makes a second effort by charging the basket after
shooting the ball, we must make secondary and tertiary efforts to achieve our
goal. To paraphrase Sir Winston Churchill: Never give up. Never give up. Never,
never, never, never.
