Allow Natural Death?

Of course the authors aim to improve the outcome of intracerebral
haemorrahge which is "still extremely poor".

But what a huge list of investigations, including some dependent on
clearly uncertain prognosis! Are we exploiting technology to perform ante-
mortems?

This is the context in which the need for increasingly specific
Advance Directives becomes clearer.
