Rapid Response:

Middle East? WHO's Eastern Mediterranean? What, what, what

May I please point out that Middle East and WHO's Eastern
Mediterranean Region include countries with only one thing in common: the
main religion.

Religion and culture are not quite the same thing.

Surely Lebanon has nothing in common with Djiboutie except the
religion of the majority. Turkey,I think, is a more appropriate bed fellow
for Lebanon.

Mono-factorial epidemiology is of little value in plurifactorial
health outcomes. Except, perhaps, in the case of cancer of the penis.
