Kappa calculation

In this study whether using the priciple of Kappa calculation could
have a made a difference in view of the variabillity of accuracy rate
based upon the level of experience of the clinician.
One can calculate chance-corrected agreement when more than two raters are
involved. We would appreciate authors view on this issue.
