Folate in flour increasing IVF twin pregnancies?

The authors of the Lancet article worry about the effect which folate
supplementation of flour might have on pregnancies after successful IVF.

But are not all to-be-mothers who undergo IVF already taking folate
supplementation (400 mcg daily)in the UK? I understand most are advised or
prescibed folic acid just like any woman trying to conceive.
