There appear to be a couple of minus signs missing from the table
comparing pledged contributions to 'equitable contributions'.
In general the "Difference" column marks those differences which
represent a pledge less than the 'equitable contribution' with a minus
sign, but South Korea and Switzerland, neither of which has pledged
anything, escape this mark of disgrace.
A reader looking at this column could wrongly conclude that these
countries had pledged, respectively, $29m and $16m more than their
'equitable contribution'.
