Monday's update on mefloquine: editor accused of murder

Last night I slept well, although I dreamt I was accused of murder.
Luckily I got off.

One corredspondent tells me to take doxycycline. Another says the
insomnia of mefloquine is "bad bad bad." She didn't sleep properly for six
weeks.
