You raise an interesting issue regarding recreational vs therapuetic
usage. I hold the personal view that a great deal of termed "recreational"
use is medicinal "preparation" and knowledge gathering, familiarity with
use (titration), the resultant efficacy, and cerebral consequences.
However "grey scale" across this dual use model fails to recognise that
the illicit status reacts perversely in creating additional and
unneccesary harms.

From a perspective of health intervention, recreational use needs to
be regulated and normalised.

availability.
