Preventing exacerbations of chronic bronchitis and COPD

Exacerbation of chronic bronchitis and COPD is a very common problem
in India and receive high dose of oral corticosteroid.Oral steroids should
only be given to COPD cases having concomitant asthma or when there is
exacerbation.
