Rapid Response:

Another kind of expert

The advancement of science would be fast and best if medical
educators, throughout the world, could act as Prof. Sackett suggests. What is
the stimulus for the development of science if not the unsafeness of the
unknown? And what is more secure than an expert?

The only trouble is that, with this attitude, Prof. Sackett becomes
another kind of expert, an expert in university spirit and in humanity.
