Suicide within 12 months of contact with mental health services: national clinical survey

I am a liaison nure providing pschosocial assessments to all
deliberate self harm patients in the local general hospital. Does anyone
have any thoughts about the effects the millenium will have on the referral
rates, or is anyone making specific plans to deal with the increase of
referrals?
