Does it work in patients with diabetes?

I am responding with a question. The studies cited also have data,
reanalyses etc. in the diabetic subpopulation. Although a benefit in
cardiovascular risk has been difficult to demonstrate with improvement in
blood sugar control, there is definitely a higher 10 year risk of events
in diabetics with hypertension, hyperlipidemia and tobacco abuse. Was any
attempt made to extrapolate your model to people with diabetes? cpr
