Dear Editor

‎״Forty children were reportedly killed during these attacks [on October 7th 2023] and around 252 hostages were taken.”

In this article focusing on the plight of children in conflict, there is no mention that dozens of these Israeli hostages were children, who were then incarcerated in Gaza for almost two months in appalling conditions. And in particular Kfir and Ariel Bibas (now aged 1 and 5), who almost a year later still remain hostage there, together with their parents.
