Measles cases and deaths are increasing worldwide, say WHO and CDC

The world faces a growing measles crisis with cases and deaths rising, the World Health Organization and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have said in a joint report.12
From 2021 to 2022 measles cases increased internationally by 18% and measles deaths by 43%, they said.
