Problems with services that deliver medicines to patients at home and provide help to administer them are causing “serious harm” to some patients, a report from the House of Lords Public Services Committee has warned.1
During an inquiry into such services the committee heard reports of “delays and errors by homecare providers, resulting in patients receiving care later than scheduled.”
