Brinley Robert Jackson (“Bryn”) was born and raised in Bramhall, Cheshire, and always remained proud of his northern roots. He was educated at Stockport Grammar School where at the age of 18 he met his childhood sweetheart, and later his wife, Marina.
After graduating Bryn completed his GP training. He then chose a career in the pharmaceutical industry and gained a diploma in pharmaceutical medicine from Cardiff University. He pursued a highly successful career culminating in a role as medical director at Orphalan, specialising in rare diseases.
Bryn brought great enthusiasm to all his interests including rugby and music, and was a lifelong supporter of Manchester City. He also possessed the rare quality of allowing every person to feel that they have been listened to. Bryn leaves his loving wife, Marina; three beautiful children; his mother and sisters; nieces and nephews; and his Northmoor family.
