Government pulls £100m funding for weight management services after just a year

The UK government has pulled its £100m (€121m; $131m) funding grant for weight management services in England a year after it was announced.
The money had been shared between the NHS and councils, with over £70m used to fund initiatives such as weight management groups, individual coaches, and specialist clinical support.
