A big problem?
It certainly is. Alarming estimates1 from the charity Cancer Research UK (CRUK) suggest that more than 21 million UK adults will be obese by 2040—around 36% of the adult population. If the trend continues, obesity will eventually surpass smoking as the biggest cause of cancer, the charity has warned.
