Re: Long term implications of covid-19 in pregnancy - reference 10
Dear Editor
Your editorial refers to a preprint of Neurodevelopmental Outcomes at 1 Year in Infants of Mothers Who Tested Positive for SARS-CoV-2 During Pregnancy by Andrea G. Edlow, MD, MSc1; Victor M. Castro, MS2,3; Lydia L. Shook, MD1; et al subsequently published in Paediatrics. The published text reads "When analysis was limited to full-term pregnancies (6896 unexposed offspring; 190 exposed offspring) fully adjusted OR was 1.68 (95% CI, 0.81-3.45; P = .16)" apparently contradicting your authors' opinions and less worrying for most mothers unfortunate enough to contract Covid during pregnancy.
