Asking for more data is just pushing the matter into the long grass. We need to reward bold leaders, who have the right values. Respect for all is what matters, and offering appreciation without nepotism or cronyism is the right thing to do. Those candidates who fall short of requirements should be guided to do better and “foreigners “ should be listened to irrespective of accent.
