using texting while driving and drinking too much at office parties (with, presumably, sexually inappropriate behaviours and speech) as examples of blame-free behaviours equivalent to vaccine refusal doesn't make sense. In those examples, the responsibility for the actions and consequences are laid entirely on the perpetrator with potential civil and criminal penalties. It is uncontroversial to condemn texting while driving so why is vaccine refusal seen so differently?
