Our health is supported by our resilience whether we work at home or not. To be more resilient, we need a more upstream approach which better prepares us for life's challenges. This begins with silience; taking the time to notice and appreciate the amazing achievements happening all around us every day is essential. Thus, our place of work is less important in informing our health.
