Re: prophylactic and therapeutic anticoagulation for prevention of CoVID19

Dear Editor

Does the reduction in the risk of mortality and the initiation of therapeutic anticoagulation indicate that early administration of LMW heparin is required as clotting is a cascade?? This is also suggested by the results of the large international clinical trials on prophylactic vs therapeutic doses of anticoagulant which are currently being finalized ( https://www.nih.gov/news-events/news-releases/full-dose-blood-thinners-d...).
