Almost two thirds of ethnic minority psychiatrists have faced racism at work, survey finds

Six in 10 psychiatrists from an ethnic minority background have experienced racism at work, a survey by the Royal College of Psychiatrists has reported. The college called for all mental health staff to undergo mandatory unconscious bias training in the wake of its findings.
