GPs call for partners to receive same pay rise as salaried colleagues

The BMA’s General Practitioners Committee (GPC) in England should negotiate a pay rise for all GPs of at least 2.8%, backdated to April 2020, doctors have said.
Delegates at the annual LMC England conference, held online on 27 November, voted in favour of a motion which said that any deal where employees received a pay rise with no additional funding for their employer was a failure.
