Hormone blockers: Judges assess whether children should be treated

The High Court in London is to rule on whether children with gender dysphoria can continue to be given hormone blockers to delay puberty without a judge’s declaration that the treatment is in their best interests.

Three senior judges are expected to give judgment on the issue within weeks, after a two day court hearing.
