Although I have no formal conflicts of interest, I am the co-creator of Buku Haematology, the app mentioned in Thornton’s article,1 from which I receive no income.
Although I am clearly biased, the haematologists in our region are notoriously approachable and so it was disheartening to read about the poor experience the doctor had in their interaction with haematology.1 …
