Dear Editor

When I trained as a resident at the Bryn Mawr Hospital, the nurses who worked with me all called me "Rich".

Now, after 41 years, almost all the nurses call me Doctor Brower -- I kind of miss being "Rich". There are so few of my old colleagues left!
