I disagree with Khunti and colleagues that the report by Public Health England (PHE) on the impact of covid-19 on black, Asian, and minority ethnic (BAME) groups was “limited in its recommendations, albeit broad in its scope.”12 The recommendations were generic with recycling and reframing of previous PHE publications.
