Dear Editor,

I cannot agree more with the gist that resuming exercise early after CoVID-19 may not be good. In fact resuming exercise soon after any illness may delay or preclude full recovery. At least this is what I have registered in my mind as a child, growing up in the proximity of a Physician father, and as a practicing physician, my vivid memory spanning over 62 years out of my 65 years of existence. If mother nature knows best, that is what it makes its children, the other living forms do.
