Flexible working: all trainees will be able to work less than full time by 2022

Trainees in England will no longer need to meet specific criteria to be able to work less than full time (LTFT), the BMA has announced.
The agreement between the BMA, Health Education England, and NHS Employers means trainees across all medical specialties will be able to work LTFT on the basis of personal choice by the end of 2022.
