You mean banning cheap booze?
In a manner of speaking. The policy to control the price of alcohol and stop the sale of very cheap alcoholic drinks was introduced in Scotland in May 2018. As a result, no drink can be sold at less than 50p (€0.60; $0.65) per unit of alcohol. The policy aimed to reduce sale and consumption of high strength, low cost products, that cause the most health harms.
