Re:Strategic innovation is the base of can be one of the reasons for affordability.
Dear Editor
Innovation is a philosophical ability very significant to upgrading patient care. It defiantly allows patients to access to innovative Therapies both internal and external. The Randomized control trial is obsessive about supporting clinical research and bringing more research from the pharma industry to the community. It is better both to the medical fraternity to play dual role academician and scholar and assimilate research work to make medical knowledge. Why innovation or research is required? Research is continuous and endless process due to the occurrence of new diseases due to change in the environment which brings mutagenic changes or resistance in already existing pathogens. Like Zika virus is a flavivirus related to yellow fever virus considered endemic to Africa, Asia continent (1) Even meningococcal vaccination with the quadrivalent vaccine has prevented ( 2 ) ( 3 ) Emerging infectious diseases are a significant burden on global economies and public health.as it causes more loss on GDP of particular country by affecting human resources. Innumerable scholar’s put effort to enhance medicos learning by exploring the introduction of humanities along with other teaching accomplishments ( 4 ). In case of other endower’s community, affordability is always playing a vital role. Why because any government primary job is proper utilization of their taxpayers money and reach its benefits to end-users Sir William Osler “No human being is constituted to know the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth; and even the best of men must be content with fragments, with partial glimpses, never the full fruition.”
The diseases like Dementia associated with many other diseases, further conditions like to Parkinson, Depression are the commonest psychiatric health problem in late life. Even now the prevalence of non-communicable disorder obesity and childhood obesity may result in Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension etc. Our prime focus is to introduce community-centred involvements for managing these conditions in late life. And the affordability to medicines is very difficult as they not come under health care insurance in many countries. Beyond affordability, another important challenge in serving low-income markets is gaining help from UN, IMF etc.
Like in India spiritual approach in professional conduct helps too little to grieve caretakers in a movement of death. The Obama care of US, Janousadhi scheme for poor in India still under controversy, even they introduce to easy availability and affordability of medicines. The conflict management among these inter professionals on from diagnosis to management it means affordability is one of the main issues we suppose to answer. Because here both finances and health care industry involved.
