GP faces jail for sexually assaulting 23 female patients

A London GP is facing jail after he was convicted of sexually assaulting 23 female patients by performing unnecessary intimate examinations for his own gratification.

Manish Shah was found guilty at the Old Bailey of nine counts of sexual assault and six counts of sexual assault by penetration relating to eight women, after a six week trial that ended on 3 December.
