GMC review of doctors’ wellbeing fails to recognise SAS doctors

The GMC report Caring for doctors, caring for patients—which looks at doctors’ wellbeing and includes recommendations for strategies to mitigate against burnout—is commendable, particularly because it avoids the trap of putting more pressure on an already overburdened workforce.12
