Urgent and emergency care: most people report good care, but lengthy waits are a problem, survey finds

The Care Quality Commission has published the results of a survey of patients who had urgent and emergency care from services provided by 132 NHS trusts across England during September 2018. Of the respondents, 42 707 visited an emergency department and 7419 visited an urgent care centre, urgent treatment centre, or minor injury unit.
