NHS pensions: law firm invites doctors forced to join 2015 scheme to join claim against government

A law firm that successfully challenged the UK government over changes to younger judges’ pensions is inviting doctors who were forced to transfer to the 2015 NHS pension, while older colleagues were allowed to stay in the old scheme, to join a new discrimination claim.
Leigh Day has set up a website on which doctors who were obliged to transfer to the new scheme can register to take their cases to an employment tribunal (https://pensionschallenge.co.uk/doctors/).
