Helen Salisbury: Poaching in practice

This was an insightful read.In regards to the obvious issues with continuity of care. I think practices are making efforts to try and address this and are adopting practices such as Buddy systems so that patients are familiar with a group of Doctors as opposed to just the one. As a trainee, I remain excited about the challenges ahead, but articles like this are really helpful in reminding us about the reality of what we are going into.
