Patient satisfaction with GPs remains high despite current pressures

More than eight in 10 patients considered their overall experience of their GP practice was good, results from the latest GP Patient Survey for nearly 800 000 patients across England showed.1
The annual survey asks patients about their experience of healthcare services provided by GP practices, including the quality of care received from healthcare professionals, access, and making appointments.
The 2019 survey included aggregated data from 770 512 patients responding to postal questionnaires sent to 2.3 million adults registered with GP practices in England from January 2019 to the end of March 2019 (33.1% response rate).
