BMA is set to sue government over “discriminating” pension scheme

More than a dozen doctors are taking legal action against the government, claiming that they were discriminated against when they were forced to transfer to the 2015 NHS pension scheme while older doctors were allowed to stay in the previous scheme, which was deemed to be better.
