I read Rimmer’s article titled “Tackling bullying in the NHS” with interest.1 Clare Marx rightly highlights the importance of good clinical leadership in tackling unprofessional behaviour, saying, “A big part of that is the development of leadership skills and crucially tackling unprofessional behaviour towards colleagues: anything from basic rudeness to outright bullying and undermining.”1
