In this NICE guidance summary by Maconachie and colleagues (BMJ 2019;364:l1049, doi:10.1136/bmj.l1049), the figure was incomplete when published online on 28 March. This algorithm for the nodal staging of non-small-cell lung cancer lacked an arrow leading from a positive needle aspiration result to a treatment decision by the multidisciplinary team. The figure has now been corrected.
